In Crisis?

Try to remember that being in crisis is a feeling even though it is a strong feeling. Crises pass, feelings change, pain and grief lessens and fears can be relieved. It’s not the end of the world, or your life. So never, ever, ever make a decision when you’re in crisis! ANY decision. Call someone and they will help you through it!
